NOT A VALIDATED SYSTEM. READ THIS BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE ANYWHERE THAT
MATTERS.

This is a technical demonstration and reference implementation. It has NOT
been validated as computerised system software under GAMP 5, and it has no
URS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocol, traceability matrix or validation summary report. A
system that creates or stores GxP records must itself be validated before it
is used for that purpose; using unvalidated software to produce regulated
records is a deviation in its own right.

The MIT grant above concerns copyright. It is not a statement of fitness, and
it is not a compliance claim. See README section 九 for the full list of what
this project does not establish.

DERIVATIVE WORK NOTICE

PE-Workbench (药物经济学工作台) is a domain adaptation of LeebertyGXP
(copyright (c) 2026 leerogerstheman, MIT): its compliance kernel (database,
audit trail, authentication, signatures, workflow engine, HTTP API and SPA
shell architecture) is derived from the LeebertyGXP source tree. The
pharmacoeconomic domain content — workflows, checklists, roles, UI views and
demonstration data — is original work of this project. Both works are licensed
